Call “millennials” to those born between the early 1980s and early 2000s.

Between the ages of 20 and 30, they begin to lose a huge amount of hair every day, causing premature baldness.

Here are five possible causes of hair loss:

Nutrition

Poor nutrition can become a factor in hair loss. In this regard, millennials are more likely to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle than other generations, with meat being a great source of protein and iron (which helps maintain healthy hair). It is vitally important to maintain a balanced diet.

Stress

Millennials can suffer from stress for different reasons: emotions, work environment, and relationship problems. Modern lifestyles are increasingly stressful, making them harmful to the body.

Stress can push the hair follicles into the resting phase, causing the hair growth phase to stop.

There is a link between lifestyle-related stress and the onset of premature male pattern hair loss.

Mental Health

Millennials are more likely to have sleepless nights due to stress. They are also more likely to experience anger and irritability because of stress, ultimately generating unfavorable mental well-being.

In most cases, hair loss problems caused by mental health can treat, as the underlying problem is usually stress.

The Aging Process

There are unavoidable genetic factors, the best important for hair loss will be family ties. If hair thinning is inherited (carried on the X chromosome) can expect it to happen eventually.

Toxins

Toxins are held in common today, and one of the most prominent sources of exposure is pollution. Hair follicles are particularly affected by polluted air, linked to hair breakage and thinning.

Also, the toxins from cigarettes have several impacts on hair growth, so to have fuller and healthier hair, suggesting to eliminate this habit as soon as possible.

While there are multiple causes for premature hair loss, there are some simple steps to mitigate it. The first and most obvious is to consult a doctor who will identify the root cause.

A specialist helps to detect the problem and the principal lifestyle changes that need to be carried out, such as adopting a protein-rich diet and stopping bad habits. Be an effective way to preserve your hair, prevent hair loss and maintain a healthy scalp.
