To arrive at Tijuana from Canada there are two recommended options. The first one is to fly directly to Tijuana, Mexico. The second option is to fly to San Diego, California, and then cross the border by car to Tijuana.

For the first option, a “health declaration form” for the Mexican government might be required. It can be filled online or at Tijuana’s airport once arrived.

For the second option, The United States requires a negative test no older than 3 days before the flight. Mexico does not require negative proof of Covid-19, nor proof of vaccination when entering the country by car.
